Shiloh A. Coleman
Shiloh has represented for-profit and non-profit enterprises since 2002, as in-house counsel, as a solo practitioner, and with law firms of various sizes. He has been a founder, executive, and business counsel for companies in a variety of industries. Shiloh started his legal career as a litigation attorney at the premier law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and is a former police officer (working full-time while earning BA magna cum laude from UC Irvine). He graduated in 2002 from UCLA Law and is admitted to practice law in both Texas and California. Shiloh is a member of the Texas Bar College, an honorary society of lawyers committed to staying current with a high level of continuing legal education.
Justin D. Moore
Justin is a Houston native and Georgetown University alum, and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2013. Justin trained as an associate at Vinson & Elkins, LLP in both the Houston and New York City offices in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Shareholder Activism practice groups. Justin has been a founder in several start-up ventures, and represents clients of all sizes and complexities on all things transactional ranging from LLC formation and service agreements to private equity fund formation and complex mergers.
